A Barnabas Road streaming media technician will assist you in your encoder configuration and help you resolve connectivity issues.

If you have an internet router, you must open an http port so that BRM can "pull" your encoded internet broadcast from the broadcast PC.

Also remember to turn off any Firewall that may hinder BRM from "pulling your encoded stream from the broadcast encoder.

Please provide a static IP address or sign up for one of the DNS forwarding services that keeps BRM connected to your broadcast encoder if you have a dynamic IP address.
